A large cyst measuring 40 x 60 mm in the right lobe of the liver segment V.
Multiple cysts of varying sizes noted within the larger cyst.
No post-contrast enhancement.
No calcification.
Case Discussion
The honeycomb pattern is due to multiple internal small vesicular daughter cysts within the larger cyst, which is a characteristic sign that helps in diagnosing hydatid disease.
