Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
ct

An 87×56×61 mm thick walled cystic lesion with multivesicular internal appearance and focal marginal calcification is present at the right liver lobe.

Grade I spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.

Case Discussion

A thick walled multivesicular hepatic cystic lesion with marginal calcification and without enhancing solid component is typical for hydatid cyst.
