Hepatic hydatid cyst - stage CE4

There is a well-defined hepatic mass in segment 4 with mixed hypoechoic and hyperechoic matrix, resembling a ball of wool (ball of wool sign) with no daughter cysts.

There is a well-defined ovoid hepatic mass in segment 4, hypodense with serpentine membranes isodense to the hepatic parenchyma with no enhancement following IV contrast.
