Well defined cystic lesion ( post acoustic enhancement ) with irregular folded membrane and floating echogenic debris in the left liver lobe.
Case Discussion
Sonography shows thin echogenic floating membranes in a well‐defined cystic hepatic lesion, representing a separated endocyst Water lily sign.
Features are in keeping with type CE3 A (2001 WHO classification of hepatic hydatid cysts).
