Right portal vein posterior division thrombosis with right hepatic lobe geographic hepatic perfusion abnormality, pneumobilia & subcapsular air collections.
Multiple metastatic hypodense focal lesions in the left hepatic lobe.
Case Discussion
A known case of breast cancer with liver deposits, right hepatic lobe geographic perfusion abnormality & pneumobilia. Overall CT findings are in keeping with hepatic infarction.
