An ill-defined rounded hepatic lesion at segment VIII is noted with hypoenhancement on portovenous phase. Other similar lesions are suspected at the caudate (segment I) and segment II.
Case Discussion
In the context of the current status of left colonic flexure adenocarcinoma, the possibility of hypovascular hepatic metastasis is of prime consideration.
