A hypoenhancing area in Porto-venous phase is seen in segment IV adjacent to the fissure of the ligamentum teres. It is isodense on non-contrast and delayed phases.
Case Discussion
Typical location of a hepatic pseudo lesion near falciform ligament. It is commonly seen in the porto-venous phase. It is thought to be due to variant venous drainage.
