Evidence of recent laparoscopic abdominal procedure with expected soft tissue changes.
Wide bore surgical drain seen on the right with the tip medially to right hepatic lobe.
A small linear hypodensity seen in the medial aspect of hepatic segment VI with adjacent small high density collection compatible with retractor injury and small adjacent hematoma.
No other solid organs abnormality observed.
NG tube coiling in stomach body noted.
