Multilobulated low density mass in segments 5 and 6 without convincing enhancement or evidence of calcification.

MRI confirms the presence of the mass, which is of heterogeneous high T2 signal, and low T1 signal, with peripheral enhancement, best seen on the arterial phase.
Incidentally noted right upper lobe collapse on the coronal view.
Case Discussion
In this age group features are most consistent with a hepatoblastoma, which was subsequently confirmed on histology.
