Abdominal distension.

Patient Data

Age: 4 months
Gender: Male

Poorly marginated heterogenously hypoechoic lesion in the right lobe of the liver with internal vascularity.

Heterogenously-enhancing hypoattenuating mass in right lobe of liver with thrombosis of middle hepatic vein. 

Lung window shows multiple areas of consolidation and cavitary nodules.
