Known patient with HCV and liver cirrhosis with accidental discovery of focal lesion on routine abdominal ultrasonography

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

A well defined rather rounded focal lesion in subsegment VII that displays typical enhancing pattern of HCC includes avid arterial enhancement followed by washout in venous and delayed phases. The rest of liver is cirrhotic and spleen is enlarged.
