Hepatocellular carcinoma

A large heterogeneous mass with early inhomogeneous enhancement and delayed washout is noted in the right liver lobe. Several small masses with similar enhancement patterns are also scattered in the liver.
Case Discussion
Features on the CT images are most consistent with hepatocellular carcinoma. Regarding multiplicity, hypervascular hepatic metastases could be considered in the differential list.
