Evidence of cirrhosis is seen as nodular hepatic contour, splenomegaly and ascites. An exophytic mass is noted at the lower end of right liver lobe, which demonstrate heterogeneous enhancement after contrast injection. Several tiny hyper dense gallstone are seen in gallbladder. Small fluid collection also seen in left intersegmental fissure that mimic a non-enhancing hypo dense liver mass.
