Hepatocellular carcinoma with bone metastasis

Presentation

The patient is a 53-year-old man,who is known case of HCC,now presented with severe chest wall pain.CT scan was performed for further evaluation.

Patient Data

Age: 53-year
Gender: Male

Contrast enhanced CT scan shows a large round well defined mass in the left lobe of the liver which is relatively hypodense and shows mild heterogenous enhancement. There is also a large lytic destructive lesion associated with soft tissue component in the posterior arch of the left 4th rib, indicating a bony metastasis of the HCC.
