Hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein invasion

Patient with hepatitis C virus and liver cirrhosis developed abdominal distension

Patient Data

Age: 60-65
Gender: Male

Ill defined area of enhancement in arterial phase involving the left hepatic lobe that shows rapid washout in portovenous phase with associated infiltration of left branch of portal vein.

Diagnosis: Diffuse left hepatic lobe hepatocellular carcinoma with malignant infiltration of left branch of portal vein.
