Multiple areas of swelling in the lower limbs with deformity.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Multiple bony outgrowths (away from the joint) in the pelvis, proximal of both femurs and around the knee joint.

Typical appearance of hereditary multiple exostoses, also known as diaphyseal aclasis, which is an autosomal dominant condition, characterized by the development of multiple osteochondromas.
