Coxa valga with multiple sessile exostoses along the neck of both proximal femurs. Small exostoses are also found arising from the iliac wings.
Case Discussion
Small exostoses usually do not create problems while large osteochondromas can cause deformity of the limbs and pelvis. Sometimes it is necessary to surgically remove the larger exostoses that can compress blood vessels or nerves.
