Multiple exostoses involving the femur, tibia, fibula, radius, ulna, and metacarpals bilaterally with subjacent medullary continuity.
The radius on the right side is bowed, with an increased ulnar inclination of the distal articular surface. The distal ulna also is markedly short, terminating approximately 12 mm proximal to the radius.
