Multiple bilateral osteochondromas (exostoses), pointing away from the adjacent joint. Widening of the metaphyses and medial inclination of the talar domes. Leg lengths are symmetrical. There was no significant chance when compared with prior imaging.

Typical findings of hereditary multiple exostoses (HME). Lack of change from prior imaging is reassuring in regard to potential for sarcomatous transformation.
