Lungs are clear. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Cardiomediastinal contours are within normal limits.
Left upper chest wall deformity. Multiple osteochondromas of the ribs, left scapula and bilateral proximal humeri.

Multiple sessile osteochondromas of the proximal femur, distal femur and proximal tibia. Erlenmeyer flask deformity of the distal femur.
Case Discussion
The patient had a documented history of diaphyseal aclasis which was diagnosed at the age of 4.
