Complaining of bilateral mid-leg swelling or bulge with pain for past 2 weeks.

Hernia of tibialis anterior muscle - bilateral

At the site of swelling/bulge pointed, there is a defect in the fascia with herniation of underlying muscle through it. Herniated muscle appears more hypoechoic than normal muscle echo pattern.
- right leg defect - 8 mm
- left leg defect - 6 mm
There is no collection or other local mass lesion.
