Numerous small 'spring-like' artifacts overlying the lower right anterior abdominal wall.
These are from part of a mesh hernia repair of the abdominal wall.

Many different medical devices can be observed incidently on plain abdominal radiographs.
One of the most commonly identified is the artifact from some materials used in mesh hernia repairs of the abdominal wall.
