There is sulci effacement and hypodensity at left insular cortex and subcortical white matter, with gyral hyperdensity of left temporal lobe.

There is unilateral cortical and subcortical, T2W /FLAIR high signal intensity and T1W low signal intensity at left temporal and frontal lobes involving insular cortex and singulate gyrus, sparing basal ganglia and associated with mild restricted diffusion.
