There is bilateral asymmetric increased signal intensity in FLAIR sequence with corresponding diffusionrestrictionon DWI in in anterior and medial temporal temporal lobes as well as limbic, limbic systems, right more than left. There is also abnormal signal noted in right insular cortex and fornix, right fornixpulvinar. Basal  Basal ganglia are spared. 

Increased signal also noted in anterior commissure.

Overall pattern of abnormality is bilateral, and not fitting a single vascular distribution.
