  • right-sided aorta arising from the right ventricle and the main pulmonary artery arising from the left ventricle consistent with D loop transposition of the great arteries
  • dilated ascending segment and arch of the aorta 
  • small pulmonary arteries due to infundibular pulmonary stenosis
  • ventricular septal defect 
  • left-sided liver
  • right-sided stomach and spleen
