Presentation

8 weeks of amenorrhea presented to the emergency department with giddiness, hypotension and tachycardia.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Right adnexa showing a well defined oval hyperechoic area with peripheral 'ring of fire' vascularity and anechoic center containingĀ a fetal pole. Single live intrauterine gestation is also seen .

Adnexa and pouch of Douglas showing echogenic fluid.
