A rounded lucency in left hemithorax over the cardiac shadow with air-fluid interface.

There is free passage of barium without any hold up upto the gastro-esophageal junction. The gastro-esophageal junction is normal with normal transit of barium through it. The barium is seen outlining the fundus of stomach which can be seen in the thoracic cavity.
Case Discussion
There is an air-containing structure in the left hemithorax with air-fluid interface on x-ray. Barium study was then carried out to confirm hiatus hernia.
