Presentation

Postprandial fullness.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

There is an intrathoracic herniation of the stomach including the gastric fundus and gastro-esophageal junction through a large esophageal hiatus with organo-axial volvulus of the stomach.

A simple left cortical renal cyst is noted.
