Findings was changed:
Diffuse abnormal enhancement within the left breast. It It is relatively rapid and predominately plateau in configuration (green colour) although there are foci of washout (red colour) enhancement medially at the site of ultrasonic abnormality suggesting higher grade DCIS or even invasive ductal carcinoma. Note Note involvement of the entire breast including the nipple.
