Presentation

Deep buttock pain of chronic duration. The patient is a ballet dancer.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male
mri

Edema is noted around both hamstring tendons attachments as well as in right ischial tuberosity.

This correlated with patient's symptoms as the pain was more severe on right side.

High hamstring tendinopathy is a group of disorders that includes overuse injuries of proximal hamstring tendon and its attachment to ischial tuberosities.
