CT scan demonstrating a high riding left jugular bulb extending to the same level as the internal auditory canal (IAC). The left internal jugular vein is protruding into the middle ear cavity with a thinned sigmoid plate.
Case Discussion
One of the definitions for a high riding jugular bulb is when it extends to the level of the floor of the IAC.
