Case Discussion

A male presented with left shoulder pain. Left shoulder radiograph shows left hilar mass lesion for which CT scan was advised. CT scan revealed conglomerated mediastinal necrotic lymphadenopathy with miliary nodules in the lung favoring tuberculous etiology. CT-guided biopsy was done and histopathology diagnosis was poorly differentiated carcinoma.
