Presentation

Right shoulder trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
  • joint effusion
  • anterior labroligamentous periosteal sleeve avulsion (ALPSA) lesion
  • Hill Sach's defect as bony impression along with posterolateral humeral head with subjacent bone marrow edema/bruise
  • abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with supraspinatus tendon critical zone fibers, infraspinatus tendon superior fibers, and subscapularis tendon related to tendinosis 
  • subacromion - subdeltoid bursa
  • acromion type II
