Presentation

Right shoulder trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
  • mild joint effusion
  • Bankart lesion along with anterior inferior glenoid and localized chondral delamination along the margins of the defect

  • Hill Sach's defect as bony impression along with posterolateral humeral head with subjacent bone marrow edema/bruise

  • abnormal intrasubstance increased signal along the course of supraspinatus tendon critical zone fibers and infraspinatus tendon mid to superior fibers related to tendinosis

  • minimal fluid signal at subacromial - subdeltoid bursae

  • acromion type II
