Hill-Sachs deformity and labral tear

A shallow Hill-Sachs deformity is present measuring 15 mm x 11 mm. No oedema. The glenoid rim is intact. The anterior inferior labrum is grossly deficient. There is anterior periosteal stripping of the capsule (or type III insertion) MGHL is torn or grossly deficient. Anterior band IGHL is intact. Humeral capsular insertion is mildly stripped only. The rotator cuff tendons are intact. The biceps tendon is not subluxed. Biceps anchor is normal - No suspicion of a SLAP tear. The glenohumeral ligaments are intact. Normal bone marrow signal. The acromioclavicular joint is normal.
Isolated Hill-Sachs deformity with no glenoid deficiency. Deficient anteroinferior labrum.
