Contour abnormality suggestive of an indentation (compression fracture) of the postero-lateral aspect of the humeral head. Features compatible with a Hill-Sachs lesion.

Case Discussion
A Hill-Sachs lesion results typically from a recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation with posterolateral humeral head compression fracture as it impacts against relatively hard anterior glenoid. It is often associated with a Bankart lesion.
This lesion is better appreciated on internal rotation views and is associated with an increased risk of recurrent dislocation.
