Presentation

Case of recurrent houlder dislocation - 5 to 6 episodes so for.

Patient Data

Age: 30 yrs
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

A large bony defect is noted in axial view; involving posterior aspect of humeral head.

No dislocation is noted.

No lytic bony lesion is noted.

Typical radiographic finding of a Hill-Sachs lesion in case of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation.
