Bony impression on the posterosuperior side of the humeral head (asterisk), associated avulsion of the anteroinferior labroligamentous complex (arrow).
On these sagittal series, the anterior ligamentous structures are nicely demonstrated. The extent of the tear of the anteroinferior capsulolabral complex (Bankart lesion) is well shown. Bony impression on the posterior humeral head better known as Hill-Sachs lesion.
- SGHL: superior glenohumeral ligament
- MGHL: middle glenohumeral ligament
- IGHL: inferior glenohumeral ligament
Case Discussion
