Presentation

Two episodes of shoulder dislocation in the previous month.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Hill-Sachs lesion of the left humerus.

Ultrasound

Hill-Sachs lesion of the left humerus.

Case Discussion

Hill-Sachs lesions are a posterolateral humeral head compression fracture. This is demonstrated on both the radiograph and subsequent ultrasound scan.
