Marking an entry point & injection of contrast
The planning for and intra-articular injection of iodinated contrast into the right hip which confirms an intra-articular needle position.
Administration of injectate
From the case:
Hip anesthetic arthrogram injection (fluoroscopic guided)

The image stack shows the injection of the corticosteroid containing injectate and as this doesn't contain iodinated contrast it is diluting the contrast already in the joint, making it more radiolucent.
Case Discussion
Technically successful anesthetic arthrogram injection. Storing the fluoroscopic 'runs' or 'video loops' to create the stacks of images shown, will precisely show the spread of the intra-articular injectate.
