Sclerosis of the left femoral head with articular surface irregularity and flattening. Normal acetabulum.

Sclerosis and lucency of the femoral head. Crescentic subchondral lucency is also present. Normal acetabulum.
Case Discussion
This patient had a history of end stage renal failure, which is one of the many causes of avascular necrosis.
