No fracture identified. Slight widening of the left hip joint space is suspicious of a post traumatic joint effusion. CT recommended to exclude a subtle fracture.

There is a mildly depressed fracture of the anterior wall of the left acetabulum extending into the superior pubic ramus. Slight widening of the left hip joint space is due to a post traumatic joint effusion.
Possible undisplaced fracture of the right sacral alar anterior cortex at S1 and S2.
Case Discussion
Subtle left hip hemarthrosis on the radiograph should lead to the CT to assess for a subtle fracture.
