Vertical abnormal orientation of the hippocampal body and collateral sulcus. The signal is abnormal as well.
Right sided cerebral hemiatrophy is seen as well with a focal cortical dysplasia in right parietal region.
Case Discussion
Hippocampal malrotation (HIMAL) is rare in patients without seizures hence may represent a pathological finding.
