history of child hood infection, progressive mental retardation since then, seizures

there is vertical abnormal orientation of the hippocampal body and collateral sulcus. the signal is abnormal as well.
right sided cerebral hemiatrophy is seen as well with a focal cortical dysplasia in right pairetal region.
Hippocampal malrotation (HIMAL) is rare in patients without seizures hence most likely it is a patholigical finding.
