Coronal T1-weighted MR images (A, unlabelled and B, labeled) demonstrate left hippocampal malrotation as depicted by a rounded medialized left hippocampus (arrow) with a vertically oriented collateral sulcus (dotted arrow) and a prominent temporal horn of left lateral ventricle.
This is an incidental finding and the patient has no reported history of seizure.
