Hippocampal sulcus remnant cysts

Multiple tiny cystic lesions that follow CSF on all sequences are seen along the lateral margin of the hippocampus.
Case Discussion
Hippocampal remnant cyst represent unfused hippocampal sulcus.
It's an incidental finding not associated with pathology, which is usually observed on high resolution imaging for evaluation of seizure patients.
