Progressive upper limb weakness

Patient Data

Age: 18
Gender: Male

Spinal cord thinning and atrophy between C4-6 with ill-defined cord signal change.

On flexion view, there is forward bowing of the posterior theca with venous engorgement in the posterior spinal space.

Good example of Hirayama]s disease.
