Presentation

Painless neck and axillary swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 17 years
Gender: Female
ct

Multiple lymphadenopathies are seen at bilateral neck and supraclavicular spaces with maximum short axis dimension (SAD) of 18 mm.

Multiple lymphadenopathies are seen at both axillary regions with maximum SAD of 24 mm. There are also several lymphadenopathies at mediastinum and both hilar regions with maximum SAD of 20 mm. 

Multiple lymphadenopathies are seen at para-aortocaval regions with maximum SAD of 15 mm. 

The spleen is enlarged and its cephalocaudal height measured 178 mm. 

Case Discussion

Multiple cervical, supraclavicular, axillary, mediastinal, hilar and para-aortocaval lymphadenopathies accompanied by splenomegaly in pathology proven case of Hodgkin lymphoma.
