Multiple enlarged mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes are seen with SAD less than 28 mm.
Additionally, a few enlarged lymph nodes with a maximum SAD of 18 mm are also observed at para-aortocaval regions in imaged portions of the upper abdomen.

Pathology-proven Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosing subtype), a type of lymphoma that spreads contiguously and predictably along lymphatic pathways and is curable in about 90% of the cases.
