Presentation

Left axillary palpable mass on physical exam. Abdominal pain and progressive distension.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Multiple enlarged lymph nodes are seen in the left axillary regions with SAD less than 45 mm. In addition, multiple mesenteric and para-aortocaval enlarged lymph nodes are evident with SAD less than 47 mm.

The spleen is enlarged, and its cephalocaudal height measured 155 mm. Hepatomegaly is also evident without CT-detectable mass in the current study

Case Discussion

Pathology-proven Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosing subtype) in a young male patient with left axillary, mesenteric and para-aortocaval lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly.
