A cystic intra-articular lesion shows increased signal on T2W and PDFS, and decreased signal on T1W, with a lobulated appearance and thin septations, located in the Hoffa's fat pad laterally, anterior to the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, suggestive of a Hoffa's fat pad ganglion cyst.
